New this summer, we’re excited to offer When God Refuses to Let Go, a Wednesday night summer study through the Minor Prophets. This is not a worship service, but a more relational midweek gathering with teaching, discussion, prayer, and time to connect with others.

Together, we’ll spend time in some of Bible’s most overlooked books, the minor prophets. These books speak with surprising force to the world we actually live in. The Minor Prophets confront hollow religion, injustice, misplaced security, spiritual drift, doubt, judgment, mercy, restoration, and the persistent love of a God who refuses to let his people go.

For 10 weeks (except VBS Week), each Wednesday night will be designed to stand on its own, so you can still participate even if you miss a week. Whether you are familiar with the Minor Prophets or have rarely spent time in these books, this will be an accessible opportunity to engage Scripture, process honestly with others, pray together, and stay connected during the summer while Community Groups are off. Most nights will include an optional fellowship following the study for anyone who would like to hang out.
