Worship Guide 1.5.20

We'll be spending the first Sunday of 2020 in the book of Jeremiah, considering the virtues set forth by the prophet.  This week, we'll be examining his integrity and the accountability it takes to remain faithful to the call of God.

MEMORY VERSE SUNDAY | This week at both services

We are so eager to celebrate Christmas Eve together as a family!  Please join us for this family-friendly service from 10:00-11:00am on Tuesday, December 24.  We will be singing the songs we've been meditating upon this Advent, celebrating the beauty of the incarnation, and sending one another into the blessedness of Christmas with love and peace.  Click here for more information.

Each Wednesday morning, we'll be gathering at 6:00am for a brief (30 minute) time of prayer.  Come with your coffee and join us as we enjoy the presence of God together.

We are thrilled to be entering into our winter 2020 community group campaign!  Community groups are the primary way that we live out our call as Christians to live life together.  Groups meet once a week for 10 weeks to share, process the week’s sermon, and enjoy one another’s company.  If you've been waiting to join a group until “the right time” — it is now!   Click here for information and to sign up, or visit the connect table in the lobby after the service.

On Sunday, February 2, we will celebrate the gift of children, families, and new life. Dedications are time for parents and Oaks members to affirm and commit to their God-given responsibility to teach their children about Jesus and what He has done. If you are interested in dedicating your child(ren), email Kristin Rall at and plan to attend our parent meeting on Sunday, January 19 at either 8:30am or 10:30am (30 minutes before each service).

To help you prepare for our weekly gatherings, we've put together this weekly playlist containing the songs we'll be singing together this coming Sunday.  Take a listen to prime your heart and mind to worship.
